Hard at Work

This is his why are you taking photos question? I guess it get embarrassing at his age mw when I'm on him with a camera.

I got Bradley a weight bench for Christmas. He is big into fitness. When I was a fitness instructor he use to come to the classes with me so he was introduced to it all a a young age. 

So, my son and his two friends put the bench together because they were all excited to use it. Yes, I showed them how to properly lift so it was safe.

We have three kids that come over now to lift weights, lol. They are always here anyway. Our house seems to be the hang out which I love!

It was a great gift. 

A Winter Hike

I took my son, niece and nephew on a winter hike through the woods on a trail

The stream jumping was fun for them

They ran up and down the hill a few times just running and sliding on their bums

I think Brad hit a rock and said it felt like he hit a troll.

No idea where the troll came form, lol

Jordain takes a break. She took a lot of breaks but I guess it would be tiring walking through the snow for awhile. I think our hike was probably about an hour...or more

A Very Merry Christmas
