So I decided a few months ago that I wanted to start a mom blog because I like the idea of a record of our outings and so on. I have a list of 1001 goals to accomplish in 101 days which I'll share when it's complete. I think I have 80+ goals right now and this blog is one of them. Check!
My son is now 10. Last week we had two snow days...maybe three and he woke me up one day by coming into my bedroom with a book which he sang to me. I thought it was totally adorable. I hope this blog will help me to remember our times together.
We have this hill in our back yard and Bradley loves running up an down it, snowboarding on it and sledding. We just started snowboarding this year and he is doing very well. I still need to learn to stop without falling.
He does get a lot of snow in his face with sledding
Last year at this time tomorrow school for my son was canceled. I only remember because my son didn't get his Valentine cards out. His school always takes February 14th and 15th off as those are the only PD days the school has all year, so Valentines Day is tomorrow at his school.
While him and his friend made out their cards, I made up these bags for them to hand out as well. Down to the last 11 bags I ran out of candy but more candy is on the way as Paul is picking up more on his way home from a meeting.
The floor is now covered in Valentine Day cards.
Since Valentines Day is a PD day we plan to spend the part of the day snowboarding.
