Purse shopping this week

I have a ton of purses but only two I use. One is Guess and the other is Roxy, both great purses. I have a red Hilfiger purse as well but I'm not really sure where it is right now, lol.

La Tire

They didn't make the syrup think enough but I guess it was still good. I can't get myself to eat snow to give it a try. Brad had three friends over when he made this but only Brad and Michael ate it.

$$$ saving tip

Behind the garlic bread is a bag of water with my credit card in it. I do this every so often. I freeze my credit card so I can't use it. I've been paying it down quickly and of course when you do that they give you a higher limit, lol. So, I refused the limit and put it bag to sit in the freezer for a bit.

Fabulous Day

So, Brad and I started by picking up one kid and then we decided to get another...with two kids on board (still in the rental) we headed to Belleville. I had to shoot and deliver a gift card. The boys wanted to check out EB Games and Toys R Us. After that we went to a movie and then Pizza Hut. It was so good to see the boys colouring as all I ever see them do is play video games, lol

...until July 16th! My friend Nicki won the $15,000 wedding from the Quinte Mall.

Today we went for her to try some dresses on.

We decided on two and voters get to pick the dress she will actually wear. The tux is also picked by the voters.

closet clean out

These are all the cloths that I have pulled from my closet to donate. I still don't have the room for new cloths. My closet just doesn't look over stuffed anymore.

MY WEEKEND OFF

I can't remember my last weekend off. I did have to do some rescheduling to make it worked but it all worked out. So I headed to Toronto, attended a basketball game with court side seats...very cool!

The dancers were incredible

The hockey game was great! Yay Leafs!

I also did some shopping, meet some friends, eat incredible food -- it was a great time!

So, not greatest day today.

It looks like I may have written off my car. Now, I'm not even really sure what happened because what I told the police...he said he didn't happen that way. It's strange how shock can set in and we remember things differently. After the accident I thought I was on a completely road. I told my sister, mom, the police and a friend that I text about the accident that I was on Rendersville Road. I wasn't even close to that road, lol. And I know I wasn't on it now but until I was told different I really thought I was.

That pillar there is what I hit. I don't remember hitting it. I don't remember hearing a noise from hitting it. I know I hit it hard if my whole front head light came off and after seeing the damages it did to my car.

In my mind I lost control of the car while on the road (snowy and slippery roads), I was all over the road and could not gain back control. I was spinning, all I saw was white, I knew that I was spinning so fast that I had to hit something to stop so I thought I'll just hold on to the steering wheel and hope I don't get hurt. I don't remember the moment when I came to a stop. I only remember being stopped and then trying to drive my car.

My neck is sore. I don't know if when I came to a stop, maybe a bit of whiplash or something but it's minor.

The rest of the day has been really strange. It's just weird to go on with the rest of the day like a normal day when I just possibly wrote off my car. So far everyones guess is that it's wrote off.

I'm spoiled, lol

I've been given flowers three times in the last month! It's been great. I love Lily's because they make the whole room smell great!

Thoughtful Thursday

Outside my window...a cold day, altering between snow and clear skies. More snow please! I need to shoot some wintery engagement sessions this Sunday

I am thinking...how much I would love a hot chocolate right now, maybe some cookies. I can't remember the last time I had hot chocolate. It's been over a month. I should go home soon and veg with a hot chocolate.

I am reading...other blogs. I am working, really...just batching images and reading blogs.

I am creating...a more colorful home. I love decorating

One of my favorite things...lip chap. I love the feeling of lip chap on my lips...strange I know!

A few plans for the rest of the week...pay bills, get some groceries, I have a dinner date, 6 more photo sessions this week, I wish I had time to paint

I had a massive headache this day but am feeling pretty good on tylenol 3, lol. Jordian wanted to play with my phone so I had her sing to me in exchange . The video is dark as it was low lighting.

I've got wine, chocolates and flowers delivered to work by some clients this month.

Another sleepover

My son has a ton of sleep overs. The kids are fantastic and I love having them over. I thought it was hilarious when I walked in the door and they all had their laptops.

My sister made these hamburger cupcakes for a party this weekend. I got to eat one -- YAY! I love cupcakes. More, I love Macs confused face!

My son and his friends are often on the computers so I thought I would make them their own little space so I no longer have cords and computers running across the room or taking over my coffee table.

When I came home from the studio today my son and his friend were eating hamburgers and telling me how they cooked them. I laughed at them because they thought they were eating meat burgers but they were my vegetarian burgers. When I told them what they were the reply was "ohhh, so that's why they looked different when we cooked them"

1st bake of the year

By no means do I at all consider myself domestic...at all.

I'm not a great cook. I cook very simple. I hardly bake. I'm not very crafty. I've learnt that I am now a terrible sewer. My house is never entirely clean...I struggle with the laundry room. And only recently have I tried to decorate.

Anyway, in my attempt to become more domestic I asked for a mixer for Christmas so I can start to bake again. I think I use to have one but lost it in a move from one place to another. So, my mother got this mixer for Christmas

I decided to try to bake some cupcakes

We have 24 but only kept 6 for ourselves.

I think I usually start out baking in the beginning of the year and it slowly goes away.

I did not drink last night but I feel terrible. I've been on the couch watching trash tv or sleeping since I got home from my night out last night.

I went to a comedy club. It was a great time. We had a five course dinner followed by the show. It was something I always wanted to do so I'm glad I got it checked off my list

I ate close to half that bag today. Good luck to me and keeping my abs in my 30's eh?!!
