My nephew was the Hulk

This is how my son has been coming home lately...just soaked!

He didn't get dressed till later and was out with friends. This is his first year out with friends but I guess since he is town and it's a nice small neighborhood it's ok, he'll be fine...I tell myself.

My mom even dressed up. She took my niece and nephew out of course.

We had a ton of kids here, but that's out neighborhood. It was awesome. I saw a few people I knew from high school as well. I love this small town :)

I took this yesterday at the wedding in the washroom. Yesterdays wedding was AMAZING! 

Totally tired and lying on the couch today when my son came home from school because I did photograph three babies, edit the photos and have them ready for delivery -- he comes to tell me he is going out to play with friends, pauses and notices I'm laying on the couch, and then asks if I'm bored he will stay home with me, lol. So cute! After I explained I was just resting he was out the door and only came back to ask for money to buy treats at the store :)

Brad wins an award

I guess public school give out award to one student in every grade for different things each month. This month Brad was selected and the award for for respect. He didn't know he was getting it. The school calls the parents and we show up and I am so awful to remember to bring a camera so I took this on my phone

The New House

YAY, the new house!

I love it. We now have three bedrooms, a nice big laundry room, an attic and a shed for storage. The living room is a great size. We have so much room here. The extra bedroom is going to be Brads play room. The whole house is painted a boring tan color but my uncle is going to fix that :D

The kids were totally excited. The actually wanted to clean.

The first thing we did was to start tearing the wallpaper away. I am NOT a fan of wallpaper. This whole room will be painted a silver grey :)

And everyone was hard at work of killing any germs left in the washroom

Oh what fun, lol

So now we have a lot of work ahead of us with unpacking, organizing, shopping for new drapes and so on. But, I LOVE the house. I LVOE the space we have. Oh, and a fenced in yard with a deck! Whooo hooo!
